Foldable Pocket Cooker Does EBay Count As An On-line Retailer To Purchase A Pocket Knife In Virginia?

Does eBay count as an on-line retailer to purchase a pocket knife in Virginia? - foldable pocket cooker

I'm pretty sure it's a law that says that the AV in some pocket only through online retailers are available, so that my main question, eBay, buy this knife is no violation of the law of the state?
I have one little question. I am actually a user is under 18 years of eBay, but with the permission of my parents. If you know it is legal for me to win and you pay for a folding pocket knife itself?

    You can not participate in ebay, if you are underage.

    However, the parents can one account with your name and you buy it for themselves.

    And eBay as a line-cutting.

    If eBay has learned, is exposed to your account. They are not of legal age to enter into a contract, it is Ebay.
