Should i take xanax or diphenhydramine HCI to go to sleep? - diphenhydramine and xanax

Should I, 5 mg tramadol before bedtime or 50 mg of diphenylhydantoin? That gives me sleep better? Or should I both?

  1. As you probably know, is a drug Xanax, which treat mainly for generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder. It belongs to a class of medications called benzodiazepines. A big problem is that benzodiazepines are addictive --- sometimes even at low doses, like, 5 mg. If you stop xanax regularly and then, would probably be having trouble sleeping again, the so-called have-rebound insomnia. You can also use the withdrawal symptoms that can be very uncomfortable with benzodiazepines. (I speak) from his own experience.

    Diphenhydramine is a prescription med, in Benadryl, Sominex, Nytol, Excedrin clock, etc. But the fact that it sold without a prescription find suggests that it is sweeter than xanax or other benzodiazepines.   2. Please avoid pills and chemical solutions, as already mentioned, they can become addictive and can be very, very dangerous. I was at one time and it took me 6 months time to leave this hell.

    In any case, you should instead try to figure out what does not sleep, and why you are helping yourself that way. Try to sleep with soothing music, but think about the bad things in your life. This may seem trivial, but it is true that prevents that they do not sleep often.

    Also do not press "want to fall alseep as soon as possible", do not go to work and make things worse.

  3. I suggest, would be a glass of milk and a joint. You sleep like a baby. If you still want to go for the two drugs do not mix. Take one or the other does not want interaction.
