Panic attacks, hands and toes going numb - HELP!? - the wost kind of wedgie for boy
In the last six months or so I had a few attacks, in which I had trouble breathing and my hands and my feet were numb. The wost time I took a "seizure" and had to go to the hospital, but realized that it is an isolated event. I do not know why this is happening, but I think it is related emotions, but not always in the wrong direction - This morning I went to my friend, and he could not breathe and began to tremble and go hand in hand numb and my toes are tingling.
What do you think could be the problem? I Reynaulds, a circulatory problem, but I do not think that it is connected. I am nineteen years old and I do not want to go to a doctor if I can help. = /

Panic attacks will cause fingers and toes, tingling and numbness. When you say "trouble breathing," I think you're hyperventilating - the feeling that they do not get enough air, as if breathing lots.
ReplyDeleteWhen you start to breathe, so that oxygen and carbon dioxide (CO2). If you hyperventilate get rid of excess CO2, thus changing the pH of the blood - making it more alkaline. This changes the way the calcium in the blood, the deaf, their behavior or make your hands and feet tingle and feel dizzy and generally rare and may even disappear. Of course, if you do not understand what is happening only panic you make more.
That's why people say that you breathe into a paper bag - CO2 accumulates in the bag to breathe again and still can not rid of him quickly.

Hello, I have suffered panic attacks and had a few parts of my body, strange feeling, but never your hands or feet, numbness, it seems that your Reynaulds worse when a panic attack so this is the heartbeat that is causing the problem, but I think you should consider visiting their GP at least reassured you share. Panic attacks have a strange effect on the body, and I will confine myself to get a viable whoe answer from someone who knows what they are talking about and that your doctor should be. Hope this helps and good luck.

ReplyDeleteAs mentioned above, is likely to emotional stress.
ReplyDeleteThe only smart thing to do, talk to your doctor, you may be surprised to see how they can help.
Meanwhile, there are steps you can take.
Practice of meditation and breath control.
The movement in the fresh air and drainage.
-Drink plenty of water, healthy diet, and staying away from caffeine. The attempt to stabilize your blood sugar (high and low are not good) and take some time to relax.
Best wishes,
Matt

Heart problems are panic attacks
ReplyDeleteMany people confuse with panic
However, it is necessary to find methods of relaxation, no matter what it is
