The X is, by hexadecimal 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, a, b, c, d, e, f will be replaced
Basically, replace XXX with 001 Pokemon Bulbasaur is # 1.

Pokemon # 010 has 16 Beedrill.
